Marbella Apartments

Not enough parking when the building is full, and will tow if you park in the grass, thin floors, no balcony but can't have patio chair or potted plant by door, management/owners extremely nit picky, bottom hallways flood when it rains, no ceiling fans, auto payment for laundry doesn't work, no coin machine onsite, oh and i just found out my neighbors have a serious mold issue and are moving out, i will be as well, honestly look elsewhere.

I just move out there after eight years, I left The apartment in good condition (I have pictures) And I just got a letter from them saying after inspection they found lotta damage they will not pay my deposit back! I left the unit 03/15 before the 31st and they remodel the unit (I have pictures) using my power and my water which is Ilegall they couldn’t do it until 04/01/2018, also the rain is the main reason I move out is because they was raising the rent over 10% every year which by FLORIDA law it’s illegal! So now they don’t answer my calls, Which means I’m taking them to court!!!

Not enough parking for everyone and they will tow your cars away. Paper thin walls. Indifferent management. Avoid
