I had my first appointment last week after having to be rescheduled by this office due to the doctor having some "hospital emergencies". This time I came for a 1 pm appointment, was waiting in a very small waiting room for 3.5 hrs, they took me into the room and have me waiting for another 45 minutes. The frizzing rooms, I could hear the doctor talking all sort of things, complaining about her personnel, and even talking about her personal stuff while I waiting there more than 4 hrs to see her!! After seeing her she seemed kinda lost on her ideas, lost track of conversation several times, even lost her balance while walking in the hallway.



They gave me the wrong prescription, made me paid twice my copay, when called back this rude nurse gave a whole speech about the medicine like if I am idiot or it was my fault. I had worst experience ever!



The most disrespectful physician I ever seen, the whole waiting room full of people handicapped and in wheelchairs talking about the ongoing waiting time, I felt bad for all the paraplegic having to wait every time around 3 hrs. I'm not coming back.

I have been going to Dr. Vidya Kini for a couple of years now and she has helped me go from excruciating pain (a 10 on a scale of 0-10) to about a 7 on the same scale. You have no idea how grateful I am to her that I can now walk without my cane and I can do things around the house that I was unable to do before I met her. She is kind, caring, she listens to what you say and she tells you what she can do for you, what your options are. She is so thorough in every way, not only with her verbal information she gets from talking with you, to her physical examination. I can't say enough about Dr. Kini and her staff is kind and considerate as well. If you are suffering from pain, I have Fibromyalgia, she is without a doubt the best doctor you could ever go to and ever have the pleasure to meet.
