Ron's Small Engine

The estimate to repair my pressure washer was $80, but the bill ended up being $120. He said he would stand by his work and I should call if I had any problems. The first time using it, I noticed it started leaking oil profusely, (it wasn't leaking before the repair) so I called Ron. He said it was going to be another $40. I guess standing behind his work was just a con artist's line to justify a 50 percent increase in the estimate. I will never use his service again, and I would definitely not recommend.

Ron was terrific and professional. He got my Toro tuned up and working like new and he did not ask for 3 days to 3 weeks to get the job done. I did not hear the excuse "Well it is season...or Our guy is on vacation". Vacation really at the height of season? The fact is, my mower was ready the afternoon I dropped it off. If you are tired of hearing every excuse under the sun as to why the others can't get it done in a timely manner, or their rude and indifferent customer service, then give Ron a try. You will not be sorry with his service or his prices. He is more than competitive. He will even pick your mower up for service. Thanks Ron for your courteous accommodation. You have my future business for sure.
