Every year you have to resubmit your lease to the association so they can collect another fee, but don't bother having them do that in any sort of logical or timely fashion. Last year they had over 30 residents on the ''do not allow entrance'' list that had already submitted their information months earlier. I had to call them over 5 times to try to get them to approve mine, but they kept losing documents, accidentally disabling bar codes for gate access, and finally even getting my information swapped with my neighbors. Twice. Incompetence doesn't even begin to describe Tropical Isles Management. And they treat you with utmost contempt. Stay away from sail harbor and this ridiculous mgmt group.
