Verandah is a residential community operated by the Bonnita Bay Group that features Florida s traditional architectural patterns. The more than 1,400-acre community features over1,500 homes, such as custom and traditional single-family homes, villas and coach homes. Individual buildings are linked by walkways that tie into the more than nine miles of pedestrian walkways and fitness trails at Verandah, including a river walk and bicycle paths. Its River House features the Alligator Pear riverside restaurant, Jesse Fish lounge and outdoor seating on a deck.
