Good doctors and staff but overly long wait time... I give my daughter a lift sometimes and it has always been a 2-3 hour wait time. The last one was at 8:45 and it was well after 1l2:30 before she was seen. It has been that way every time I have taken her. But she is well pleased with the doctor and staff.

I just read the review titled "Terrible" And that is a very much wrong statement all the way through !!!!!! Everytime I go to Rapid Care of Albertville i'm treated with respect and comfort more than anywhere else in the Marshall County area !!!, After going to this clinic i'd never go anywhere else, especially to Med-Assist, and the Boaz Hospital with it's surrounding clinics ! Rapid Care's staff always provides what I like to call the~~~3 C's~~~ Courtesy, Comfort, and Care~~~~~RAPID CARE THAT IS~~~~~...
Thank you to the staff and Dr.Austin for your care,
Daniel C Geary Jr....

It's called "Rapid" Care, not because they help you fast, but because none of the doctors give you more than 30 seconds to describe your symptoms before diagnosing you with "the crud" They'll write you an antibiotic or two and send you home to suffer for much longer than needed. Pretty sad, huh?
