Before answering anything Mrs. Barry asked was, "what do you want to put in?" I kindly replied that "I wish to retain that information until I determine if the location is available." She took great offense and gave me her Husband, Harward Barry's contact number. He answered with a rude "YES?" I kindly introduced myself and apologized for any offense his Mrs. may have taken. "WHAT DO YOU want to put in!?" I kindly explained that my intent is to retain my competitive edge until I at least first determine that the location IS available and at what terms. He got very aggravated. PRESENTED THEMSELVES AS INDIVIDUALS WHO LIKE TO SELF BENEFIT FROM OTHERS HARD WORK AND IDEAS IN UNPROFESSIONAL WAYS. I have numerous leaseholds, never came across an entity that couldn't understand my kind, very professional stand point. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING LEASING FROM THEM, I'D CONSIDER ALL OTHER OPTIONS FIRST. I CAN GUARANTEE you be disappointed in the long term if not the short.
