The Party Place

I called the store to ask if they had a specific item, they told me they did have it in stock. They didn’t bother to go check their stock because when I drove all the way out there they didn’t have it. The whole reason that I called was to avoid that. So I went ahead and purchased a different item. The following day I found what I was looking for at a different store. I still had the item in the bag and unused with the receipt not even 24 hours old. I was told that pinata’s are nonrefundable, yet nowhere on the receipt does it say anything about pinata is not being refundable. This place has horrible customer service. Just want to warn people. I added a photo of the return policy on the bottom of the receipt.

I purchased a Welcome home Banner for My husband who was coming in from Afghanistan for R & R. The Cashier was rude and Tried to accuse me of not paying for some 39 cent paper stars.She said in a rude tone Is taht all for You? ar you sure? What did you do with thos e paper stars?" I paid for the banner and let her kow that i had put the stars back.. apparently she wasn't watching me as close as she thought she was or she would have seen me put them back. this was on a Saturday the manger was not in so I called back on Monday. I believe her name was Barbara..and she said "I'm sorry if you took it that way" I do not think that is a proper apology. I made her aware i was going to write the better bussiness bureau which I am.. But I would not Recommend this store to anyone.
