        Overall

        Horrible customer service. Refuse to price match. Didn't offer the oil I wanted in the 5qt jug so wanted to sell me 5 1qt jugs for $20 more. Even the general manager who was there wouldn't accommodate this simple request. They also explained to me they can't lower the price because they don't offer it in the 5qt size and go "do you get it" like I was dumb or didn't understand why. To top it off this was a manager not just a regular employee. Just 1/10 a mile away is a Napa, and advance auto who will better take care of their customers.
