Best Carpet store in Northeast Indiana

DO NOT TRUST this company. I was told my flooring would be delivered on July 14th, so I decided to go with them for my flooring needs. I paid over $5000 CASH and they just told me my vinyl can be installed at the end of the month or the first of August. SANDY UTTER was also supposed to be giving me credit for carpet padding I owned and instead she overcharged me for my carpet and didn't give me anything for my padding! COMPLETELY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!

Don't trust them anymore.After install the installers told the manager they were not paid enough to move all the furniture by carpet one. The manager then tagged a $35 no interest fee to my credit card without my authorization.The credit card company said that was not right.

Stay away!! We had laminate flooring installed all throughout our downstairs. The installers showed up late every day, and smelled of alcohol. They took constant breaks, left trash in our kitchen (pizza boxes, plates, etc.) and helped themselves to watching our satellite television. Flooring was scratched when they left, and we had to have some of the flooring re-installed. Several calls made to store, with no satisfactory results. Would not recommend ever!!! I would give them no stars if this sight would allow.

Horrible service!! I had defective carpet and called Carpet One to utilize the warranty. They told me I needed to get my carpet cleaned professionally. After I got it cleaned and they called me twice stating I did not qualify for the warranty. I explained the carpet is falling out and have only had the carpet a couple of years. They said someone would contact me about checking out the carpet. Then weeks later they called me to say I do not qualify for the warranty because I should have cleaned my carpet professionally sooner after purchasing the carpet. I am out the warranty and out the money to clean bad carpet that I would have just replaced instead. I had an overall horrible experience. I feel the carpet was installed in a hurry, I have missing carpet in patches, and no warranty. I would not recommend.
