I ordered a dozen and a half of long steemed pink roses. My friend on received a dozen. I discovered the mistake a day after the delivery. I called to inform the florist and never received an apology for the mistake. The person I spoke with asked if I wanted a half dozen delivered. I was very nice even after the mistake and no apology. I sensed an attitude because I wanted the presentation I paid for and not two separate orders. My friend texted me a picture of the final arrangement and it did not look like the online arrangement. I am an out of towner and I just learned of Armstrong florist: I am going to give them a try. Maybe I will receive less attitude!

Will NEVER shop this florist again. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they did not deliver what I ordered. The arrangement looked horrible, not the right color, not the right flowers. The arrangement was lop-sidded. When I called them they were very rude to me, I was told they had to substitute carnations for roses as they had no lavender roses, the carnations were bringt pink and did not match the arrangement. I was told I would have to bring them back and they would see what they could do. Yet when I called again and asked for 1 dz lavender roses they were ready to take my order. When I called Teleflora to complain the said the florist can not substitue flowers unless they match the arrangement and are either same price or higher. The arranged to have the florist redeliver the correct arrangement the following day. Canterbury never showed. Now it is after 8 pm on the Saturday before Mother's Day and I have no special gift to give my Mom. You ruined Mother's Day Canterbury Flowers!

after calling several flower shops, they were the only one who was willing to help me with my order. it was difficult and unique and they took the time to answer all my questions and gave me ideas as to what i wanted to put together. they even let me go in back to make sure it was the EXACT flowers i wanted.
