Gene's Sewer Service

Gene didn't call me back after I talked to him, and then his people showed up unexpectedly the next day. They looked at the bathroom, said their equipment wouldn't fit, did nothing else, voluntarily did not charge me, and left. Then the next day Gene called, angry that I had not paid the trip charge, wanting to come back to my house. I had a plumber on the way, and told him no. Repeatedly. He also threatened to "spread the word" about me, presumably to other plumbers, or perhaps to my uncle who recommended him. Very unprofessional. I gave him one star because "0" was not an option.

We had an after hours emergency. Gene's provided prompt and courteous service and took care of the issue. I have dealt with numerous plumbers over the last 20 years and I can say Gene's is who I will call from now on.

It was a pleasant and an affordable experience. Thank you for repairing my main sewer and cleaning up the backed up septic system

wow talk about no service. these guys are inept im glad they never showed up. (another half hour another half hour) who knows what would have happened if they had actualy tried to make an apointment
