John R Wray

Mr. Wray was pleasant and helpful to us, answered all our questions, and was timely. Will go back to him when need arises.

Unfortunately, I became involved with a lawsuit and Mr. Wray was supposed to be defending our position. He may be competent in terms of other legal services but he was absolutely terrible in our situation which was a contract dispute that almost went to litigation (I can't imagine how bad that would have been). Mr. Wray is ineffective, inefficient and when it came time to pay him for his services, we were shocked. He had never given us a letter of engagement spelling out his fees and to this day refuses to do so. We had to pay him a huge sum just so we could settle our case. Everybody involved is sickened by the situation. We found out that he had been billing us several different hourly rates but we never knew they had increased... needless to say, unless you are in a horrible spot and don't need anything done right, avoid Mr. Wray.
