I am a manager at Arena Bar and Grill located in Ft. Wayne IN. After being dissatified with the quality and honesty of our previous contracters we contacted Swaidner. Their repairman was outstanding. He fixed our equipment for 1/3 of the price our previous contractor had quoted, and a month later it is all still working perfectly. Another time when our heat wasn't working properly they were more than happy to talk us through a problem over the phone rather than send out a repairman on an expensive after-hours run.
