Capital One Bank

Horrible customer service. I had direct deposit with them, and had to post a paper check, and they held it for 10 days ! would not even compromise at all. then the supervisor had a smartmouth. I switched banks and took my money elsewhere.

These people are so gracious and let me pay my late bill without late fees. I am normally not late and pay more than what I am suppose to. I appreciate their courtesy.
