OUR training programs focus on taking a “movements that make sense” approach. NO BURPEES or kipping pull UPS here! proper form and technique are OUR number ONE priority. WHO is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and has extensive education and experience in fitness and athletic training. Both AS a coach and participant. ALL of OUR programs start by getting to know each client and getting an understanding of their individual fitness level and ANY limitations.
