Violet Vapor

I've been a customer since they opened doors and referred my friends here. They sold me a new set up that didn't last 10 days, battery was a dud. Would not exchange for new one that works even though I had proof of purchase and original packaging as requested. It had a scratch on it was reason they gave. Thanks for taking my money for nothing in return.

vapor is the best in town. the manager really knows how to deal with her customers and satisfy their every need. there's not another date store that I will never go to again. she has my total and complete business from now on. if there was more than five stars she would definitely get them.

This shop is for all types, people wanting to get off cigs and start fresh from that nasty thing to the hard core cloud chasers out there. The staff will bend over and take the time, even hours if need be, just to help out a person with what they are looking for. It is a refreshing home-like atmosphere and very dog friendly. After a hard work week it's nice to just come there and hang out and help others looking to quit smoking or wanting to blast the biggest clouds. This place is the warmest feeling of being at home when your not home. Out of the vape stores out there, this one has got it 100% right on all factors. If I could give it more then 5 stars I would. This is my home away from home as you can tell =-)

I understand that every business needs to make a profit but this is ridiculous !This store has the highest markups I have ever seen in a vape shop. It's trendy and a lounge,,, so what? Some of us are just trying to not smoke cigarettes. Why should we have to pay 4 times as much when we don't stay for that! Do yourself a favor and buy online!

Poor customer service. Was told my e liquid would be prepared in a few days. No call and went a week later. Still not done. A week later and the wrong liquid. Don't waste your time. Spent more money on gas than it was worth. Going somewhere else. They had plenty of opportunity and just couldn't get it done.

This place is awesome, I'm new to vaping and got an e-cig at the mall that leaked and died...mike is super happy and helpful, he showed me just what I needed and I LOVE their flavors! Everyone here is just super happy and helpful, it's my new spot for vapor stuff.
