Most recently visited during the morning hours. The food is excellent. Most of the waiters are very nice . This includes the very nice waitresses . Yet, why does the male Hispanic adult speak condescending. He is suppose to be the morning day shift manager. He speaks to male customers like he is still back in high school. He calls a male paying customer : ( MAN). The correct way to refer or address all male customers is: Sir. Women that have a few years , prefer : Miss. As compared to madam or maim. So why does the franchise owner allow the day shift manager to speak condescending? It should be: " Sir welcome to Denny's Sir". For female customers they should be referred to as : Miss. Example: " Miss welcome to Denny's Miss, how can I help you today , Miss "? Bad customer service. Is this in his employee hand book?

The guard : Possibly : Joshua has been harassing certain paying customers. This is the grave yard guard. From the : Fountain Valley Town Center. This very same guard has been loitering in the Denny's for one hour on two different occasions. Also the guard has been using profanity. These are violations of: Calif. Penal Codes: 647g and 555.2. For loitering in Denny's for a hour. Next: This very same guard of the , Fountain Valley Town Center , has been using profanity in the restaurant. Calif. Penal Code: 415.Next: This very same guard was most recently staring at a paying customer, in a challenging and dueling manner. Calif. Penal Code: 415. If this is not in his employee hand book this is: A breach of implied contract. Calif. Civil Codes: 3300-3400. Plus: Hazing and harassment. Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. Where does his employee hand book tell him to go into Denny's and sit and loiter for an hour? Or to use strong profanity? Or to stare at or to talk to any paying customer? Next: The guard calls him self : Joshua. He is a male Hispanic adult. We love the food and service. However: We also noticed a vagrant sleeping by the cash register. Next: We love the service, the food and the prices. With out harassment from the guard. This guard might work for: Surfside Patrol . In Stanton Calif. At the Fountain Valley Town Center. The shopping center does need a security guard. Yet where does the guards employee hand book tell him to loiter in Denny's for one hour or even talk to any paying customer? The last words of the guard to the paying customer sounded like a threat as follows: " I have been watching you"!. Then the guard: Joshua was heard saying: " I know you come on week ends". Is this selective enforcement? A violation of : Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. This guard has nothing to say to any paying customer. He is not suppose to be loitering in Denny's. He is not suppose to be using profanity in Denny's. He was written up with city hall and the police. He should not be a guard. He is very unprofessional.
