When comparing prices at a few local shops, Mike quoted me a competitive price for a top to bottom detail on my wife’s car. I really wanted to like this place. It is a local business and their location is prime. On the day that the work was being done, Mike called me at 11AM to get my approval on an $86 up-charge to get all of the tar off of the car. Or they could just leave it on and wax over it.



I went with Option C which was “no deal”. In the end, I got a partially detailed car for free. What I wanted was a fully detailed car for the agreed upon price. What a disaster.
