Very bad and misleading. They gave me misleading information on registration cancellation policy, asking me to physically go with the plates to the RMV, and insisted on that! Once I proved them wrong, they didn't so much as apologized. They also previously were not helpful with another bureaucratic issue. Glad I didn't need them to process any claims!

HORRIBLE! We moved to a different state and were told that we had to switch to a different insurance. Jacob and his team provided misleading information and we ended up with a collection bill from Commerce Insurance (whose product they sell). We tried to get the full picture and additional information about the outstanding bill from Jacob - noone returned our calls, when we called Jacob and his son Avi were always "out for lunch". Their passive/aggressive secretary sent us personal derogatory emails - ridiculous. Emailed Jacob personally 3 times asking to get to the bottom of this - NONE were answered.



We basically ended up footing a bill for 1/3 of our yearly premium for 1.5 month of coverage...



Do yourself a favor and find a different insurance company in greater Boston area!

Love them! Been with the agency for 20 years and they are always helpful and responsive! I have 2 homes and 2 cars insured with them.

Worst agency Ever !!!!!!

Never Call back when you need him !!!
