The Belly Factory

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE BELLY FACTORY!!!!!! I called 4 weeks in advance and spoke with a lady and asked if they have the monthly special every month, the lady said yes we do its every month, so I booked my appointment at least a month in advance right there and then on the phone, then today I get a phone call saying, " I see you must have scheduled your own appointment online, and we do not offer the monthly special the day you have your appointment, and I just wanted to let you know so you weren't disappointed when you come in" I then realized that I specifically asked when I made this appointment, therefor they should honor me what I had already had in writing from my "confirmation email" the lady did not budge! I asked for a manager, and she covered the phone, speaking with the "owner" in the back round, who I can clearly hear, which the "owner" wasn't even nice enough to get on the phone and talk herself, which is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She says, you can come in this week or next week and we can honor it. Not a good way to handle business considering your staff did the mess up in the first place. Not to mention you are dealing with pregnant women who DO NOT HAVE TIME TO BE DEALING with problems that THE BELLY FACTORY can not make their paying customers happy. So I then just canceled my appointment. And the lady goes, sorry we couldn't work anything out. First of all, I scheduled this appointment so far in advance just because it was the only time my husband can get off work. Which THE BELLY FACTORY DIDN'T CARE. So I now found another 4d Ultrasound in Lockport, which is actually cheap than here! Such a shame that people will loose business over something their employees messed up.
