Monroe Plumbing

We have a couple of rental properties and Herbert has been our plumber for over 20 years. He has replaced a water main from the meter, repaired a sewer line that was out of plumb (not draining due to the line settling over time and causing the flow to run backwards), cleared lines and has replaced old galvanized piping with new pex lines. He has pumped our septic system at our residence. His work is always completed with satisfaction and he always informs us of the price before beginning work. I always call him first.

I called and scheduled to have a new sump pump installed. Plumbers arrived on time and were professional. The price was reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

My family and I just moved into our new home . We have a severe link in our shower. Called Monroe at 6.45am. Was told they would be out asap. We called back at 1 was told someone would be out between 3 and 4 again no show. Called back at 5 was told they would be here soon. Again no show. I called again at 7 49. Was told "I am in Memphis will have my service manager call , well I'm still waiting . If I had been told a correct time frame, I could have called another plumber.
