Pfoutz Plumbing & Heating

This company was terrible. They worked on my elderly neighbor's plumbing and treated her horribly. She's like a mother to me, so I took this very personally. They made her write a large check to make sure everything got covered before even starting the work, and threatened to leave if she didn't. She has health problems so she was forced to do so, but I can't let this go unknown. We called the company themselves but they could not have cared less how nasty this plumber was, because his boss told him to make sure they got the huge deposit before even starting work!!! If you want to do something good, spend your money on a decent small town business, not a place that treats their customers poorly.
