After he left I spent an hour finishing the job myself. He said the gutters did not need cleaning so after he left I went out on the roof of the porch and saw that they were packed with leaves he could easily have reached. His pole was not long enough for a two story house so he did not clean the lower part of the pipe that was full of creosote. I tried to reach in and scrape it off myself as best I could.
