Chad and Darleen have been great to work with! I have used them for more than 5 years. It is nice not to have to worry about the day to day issues of being a landlord knowing my properties and tenants are being well taken care of!

We have owned a unit that the CPI Team has managed for the past year! They have always been responsive, professional and accommodating to our every need, especially knowing we are 12 hours away. The HOA guidelines are well documented and straight forward as to ownership expectations, which are enforced fair and equitably across the board.
It is the reason why we purchased a unit in one of their buildings, as you can see their attention to cleanliness and care of the Building, both inside and out. You pay for what you get, and I am very comfortable in knowing my HOA is being used to maintain and provide services to all who reside in our building.

I have been written up (deserved) as well as provided emergency care and attention which went above and beyond what any resident could expect! The Team at CPI run a tight ship! TY for the high bar you set!

My experience with the CPi management company has been very positive. I have been an owner and a resident at BWE for about 10 years now, and I experienced both the original commercial and the current family-owned management companies. CPI-MGMT has made a big positive difference in our community the way they conduct their business. Both Chad and Darleen are always very approachable and friendly, and they are willing to go an extra mile to get things done for you. For example, when one of the residents who lived alone was hospitalized, they came by her unit every day to walk and feed her dog. Also, when the recent tornado struck, they offered help to the residents who were in need with food and grocery delivery. This is not part of their job description, and it requires extra effort on their part to do something like that. But these are just some of the few examples to show that they add personal touch to what they do, and I really like it. They work with integrity, and they try to make our community a better and safer place.

CPI manages our property here at Bristol West End. They do an outstanding job of caring for our community and maintaining our property. Despite ice storms or pandemic CPI has been on the job!!
