horrible service slow turn around just all in all a very bad experience i was told by chris this computer was not repairable it had all my business info on it and years of work. I took it to another computer repair business and it was fixed in less than two days. this place is not worthy of being called a computer repair shop.

My husband and I have been coming to this business for our computer repair and purchasing needs for almost 5 years and we have been completely satisfied. Not once have their quoted repairs ever turned out to be higher when we went to pick up our computer. There have been a couple times the final bill was actually LESS than the quoted amount! They always tell us the repairs should be done within 24 – 48 hours, if not less, unless they have to special order a part and they’ve never lied about that. To us that isn’t a long period of time when, from what others we know have told us, most other places will hold your computer for a week or longer. Of all our friends and family who we’ve referred to Cricket Computer Services and used their service... not once did we hear anything bad about their experiences or the cost of their repairs compared to other places. Friendly, helpful, reasonably priced, quick turn around time... great computer repair company if you ask us.

This company is great, he works alone and does a great job. I have used him for 5 years now and he built my case for me as well as updated and repaired my computers.He gives me advice and helps out when I have a problem at no charge and his prices are very reasonable. I recomend him all the time and for the people who say he takes too long or is too expensive....get over it...computers take time and are expensive so if he fixed it and you didn't have to buy a new one be greatful.

This company has kept our home & business computers running great for 3+ years now. Anytime something goes wrong... they take care of it relatively quick. Only one time did the repair for us take 2 days. All other times was within 24hrs. Their prices were quite reasonable. We have friends & family who have gone to this business and has said they were quite satisfied. I don't know what the 1st two people are talking about because this place sticks to their quoted repair costs from our experiences and our friends & family's experiences.

Takes too long and too expensive puts viruses and pirated software on my computer that i didn't ask for. Original price exceeded final price,and my computer smelled like cigarettes when I got it back. I will never go back to this place I would rather buy a new computer everytime than to try to get it fixed from this place. This business is a scam. Absolutely complete garbage.

this is a terrible business does not live up to promises items not fixed when you get them back does not call will not return calls. i got an invoice that was $400.00 when the original price was $200.00 double what the quoted price was. stay away from this business you will have heartache and wallet ache.
