The Green Pear Salon

Had my nails done by McKenna and had noticed a little while later that I had a couple of nails that were missing polish on the sides. I called her and she didn't answer but texted me that she couldn't talk right now, is there an issue. I told her about the nails and asked if she could put a swipe of polish on them and that if tomorrow is works better, that's fine. I have glow in the dark powder acrylic underneath the shellac that I didn't want to show through. Her response the next morning was this, I don't feel comfortable doing your nails or scheduling future appointments with you, good luck. Everyone I showed the whole text messages to were floored by this response. I have never had a nail tech that had a problem fixing nails they messed up on or missed something on. All I can say is wow this is sooooo overreacting. Wish I could post the picture of the text messages to show you how ridiculous this response is.

They did mine and all 5 of my bridesmaids hair and it looked amazing!

I am new to the area and was happy that I found this salon. My stylist was friendly and knew a lot . I got highlights and a cut and she did an absolutley wonderful job. I would definately recommend this salon.

OMG I will not go there again! :/ I went to get my eyebrow and upper lip waxed. The price was great but not the service! The girl that waxed me only waxed part of my lip and left hairs on my eyebrows as well. She could have at least tried to plug the ones that didn't come out but did not see any effort. Very disappointed.
