Its services include printing, mailing, database development and management. The company, which once had two employees, has nearly 300 staff members at its 150,000-square-foot facility in Freedom, Pa. MSP follows the guidelines provided by the United States Postal Service through the Postal Quality Program, Mail Processing Total Quality Management, which address all aspects of the mailing requirements needed to process direct mail. MSP received MPTQM certification in 2004. Originally named Mailing Services of Pittsburgh, the company opened in 1953.
