I had an excellent buying experience again. My first vehicle purchased was a 2010 GLK350 - great vehicle. I decided to trade it in and upgrade. I purchased a certified 2012 ML 350 (Blue Excellence Model). It has everything in it and rides and handles like a dream. I have always been leary about trading in what I own and purchase a new vehicle. I can honestly say that my salesman (twice) Dennis Smith, does make it a pleasurable experience. He is fully knowledgeable about the vehicle and conducts business as a professional. No pressure - no games - and no run-around; a straight deal, I got a great deal and drove out my new ML 350 the same day.



When Dennis had to bring our final negotiations to the General Sales Manager, Val Periera, I was worried it would not be approved. Mr. Periera was very professional and made a great deal and a free Mercedes cap for my wife who absolutely loves the Ml 350.
