Seno Formal Wear

I was in a wedding this past weekend and the tux's were not even close to being right....sizes were wrong, some people received bow ties and some regular ties. Seno said sorry but they could do nothing. We had to run around 5 hours before the wedding to get matching black ties for all the people that got bow ties.

Today I returned my tux and said I was unhappy and all the lady said was don't get mad at me, its not my fault...she was extremely rude and offered nothing along the lines of a sincere apology. Her manager was conveniently "off" today so she could do nothing. Keep in mind that I was only a groomsman, I cant even begin to tell you how unhappy the bride and groom were
