Chinese Yellow Pages

We moved our company to a new location in March 2008 and requested change of address and phone numbers on our several of our yellowpages.com ads.

It took us several months and a few dozen phone calls to several levels of management and the results are much less than satisfaction. Nothing has changed.

Six months later, our ads are still running with wrong phone numbers and address. Every time we call them to find out what the hell is going on, all we got are apologies and excuses.

On top of not updating our contact information, they have added another entry showing our company at an entire different location.

We have been promised that the information will be corrected but at this date and age, it does not take 6 months to update an address.

*** Warning to all of business owners: Before signing that contract with yellowpages.com please make sure you have the right to cancel on a month to month basis. We got stuck for a year. They don't let you cancel it and yet they don't deliver what they promise in writing! ***
