I've been trying to reach her since I stopped working under my S-Corp in July 2014. (There is no business being done under my S-Corp banner). Numerous calls ended in voice mails for which there is no response back. I got hold of another consultant who worked with her and he said she is in business but is not available that easily these days. Finally I got her on phone and explained my situation and requested her if we could get the paperwork ready for everything involved to close my S-Corp and pay taxes. I requested a Quote and asked her to send me the list of items she needs from me. Every time after few calls going to voicemail, I get hold of her and she would tell me she would send me info next week. Entire October & November is over. In November, I even told her she could help me now and she would be free to help her bigger clients when the tax season starts next year. It’s Dec 2014 and I did not get any response regarding the quote or the documents she needs or what should be done. The only reason I was trying to get this work done with her is because she took fees and setup S-corp in 2012. During setup, she was extremely prompt and collected all the fees. I am the only person in my S-Corp and I realized there is no point consulting using an S-Corp in ASIC/VLSI field as I got only few contracts (Instead I could work on 1099/W2). There is only payroll that’s been done using Quickbooks and hence once she gets all the paperwork, it would hardly take her couple of hours to check and finish. Last year when she was not available, I paid more to another CPA who spent at most an hour with me and gave me all the paperwork to submit yearly taxes and missing forms. I guess I have to go to him again! If you are very small business /novice entrepreneur do not go to her. It is stressful and time-waste and you won’t get any help from her after she takes your money.
