I didn't have any issues when i rented here. My service calls were taken care of. And more importantly everyone left me alone i hate when managers and neighbors constantly bother me. The only thing that concerned me was the constant turn over in managers. Ever few months there would be someone new in the office. Inconstancy will kill any business.

Don't rent there. He is a slum landlord. They don't fix anything right and if something brakes he put in use stuff. You complain about something wrong he get you out.

do not rent here.they dont do snow removal the weirdo "property manager" lurks and snoops around all week long doing nothing but harassing people.the outer doors of the apartment building are broke so they can never be locked so any outside non resident can come bother you or kick your door in if they want. this place is ok but mangement is less than worthless.

They don't deal with conflicts at all. I had problem with a neighbor and called the office they said it was between neighbors to work it out. Well that did not work. I called the office a few times but they did nothing. The neighbor would smoke outside the living room window so I could not open my window for fresh air and yet the office did nothing to resolve this and it ended up that we had to move from the perfect apartment for my significant other who is in a wheelchair because she has hud and we were told she could not be evicted. Also she had a problem with our dog and after the first issue I kept him away from her and her yard things. I never used the sidewalk just to make sure he would not go near her or her things but yet the office would not do anything.
