Horrible Customer Service by MARLA!



I walked in and she gave me the dirtiest look ever. Probably because I was in my gym clothes. Then to top it all off she insulted me by suggesting I had no money. I was there to buy an $800 bag in cash for my mom's birthday and she tells me in a snobby tone "you might want to consider the outlets for a bag like this" I was in shock!!!I didn't even ask for any type of discounts lol So I left and took my business to Macy's and bought a Dooney & Burke Bag instead. and those aren't cheap lol. This was my first time going there and I will not be going back. She should be fired and know better than to judge people by their looks.
