Crown Cleaners

I used the Sunnyside location last week. I was having a formal black dress with beads cleaned. The gal asked me to sign a release in case a few of the beads came off, so I signed it. Apparently this allows them to destroy your garment with no repercussions. The beads MELTED OFF the dress and some melted the dress together. Upon returning the dress I found out that this is common with their process and the gal shouldn't have taken it in. But, the release protects them from destroying your items.

Do not go to this place. They lost my dress clothes and whenever I call they don't have any answers they just keep saying they will look for it. You have to wait 30 days after they loose your clothes to file a claim.

Took in 6 garments, they lost all items and will not return calls. Horrible service, check with BBB, outstanding claims as well. Do not recommend!!!
