Sam's Mail Call

I've been faithful to Sam's for a few years now because their customer service is outstanding!! Not sure of his name, red haired gentleman custom made me a box as he knows I'm on very limited funds to mail this box to my mother. I had a problem with my gift card a fraud charge on it and he couldn't charge my PKG, I was irked but he wasn't! In fact he went as far as telling me he'd be happy to hold it for me so I could have time to figure out my next move today. He even stayed after closing time. He was so friendly and professional that as annoyed as I was about the card, I still left there smiling. That is above and beyond any business I've ever dealt with. I'm going back today and Mr. Customer Service Extraordinare better be there!

I have coming here for over a month and I LOVE it. Employees are always friendly to me and make me feel welcome. Just today, I had over 8 packages to drop off and less than a minute I kid you not, an employee (elderly man, don't know hi name) walked out of the back door and offered to assist me with my packages. Talk about 100% customer service. Very friendly as always. In addition, they never fail to tell me "Have a great day." In my opinion, they have better customer service than USPS, FedEx, and UPS. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. (:

Since new management in 2012 Outstanding service for shipping, mailboxes, and notary service. Added bonus: bilingual!!

Iv went twice at8 am, this place was not open and this was during the week,i waited once for 15 mins then left, on a Saturday i went at 12 and they were not open. If your in a hurry don't go to this place, you may be wasting your time to see them closed. I think they just open n close when they feel like it. I only kept going there cause i live about 2 mins away.
