Go someplace else! I reported an auto accident on May 11, 2012, and my car hasn't been repaired yet. The insurance is trying to steer me in to using their repair shop, and I would prefer to take my car to a repair that I am comfortable with. The claim's agent is very rude and shouted at me several times and told me that I was leaving alot of details out. I was in a parking stall at a supermarket and the other driver backed in to my car. I sustained damage to my rear bumper and trunk. The man in the truck got out and apoligized to me saying "... I'm Sorry, I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing...". He acknowledged backing in to my car and their wasn't anything more than that. I gave my insurance agent his information and instead of my agent calling his insurance company, my agent gave his insurance company my name and telephone number and they wanted me to give them a statement over the phone and admit to half fault, but the other driver backed into me, I was still in the parking stall. My agent will not speak up for me and my adjuster yells at me when she calls me. This is upsetting and my insurance company, Mercury Insurance Company, demands that I go to their repair shop. I would reccommend Senior Citizens stay away from this place as they yell and shout at me instead of representing me. They want me to admit fault, but I will not. I do not recommend this company.
