        beware of idiots

        If you can help it do not use this appraiser in my opinion they have no idea what they are doing.

        They don't seem to understand highest and best use of property when appraising. They actually devalued a lot they were appraising because it was on a busy hwy. HELLO COMMERCIAL VALUE IDIOT.
