Texas Move 4 Less

DON'T USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. TROUBLE TROUBLE!!!!!!!

Company employees damages brand new house and appliance during the move on 7/7/12. They acknowledged and accepted responsibility for the damage but never paid a single cent. They kept making promise after promise that it would be taken care of but no results. They claim it was reported to their insurance company but I suspect now that there was no insurance. They refused to provide me with the carrier contact information. I was not allowed to contact the supposed insurance representative. I never heard from anyone other than from the company. Always apologizing and making promise after promise and always breaking them. Numerous times I was told a check for partial payment had been requested and issued but I never received anything. They would not discuss the damage to the appliance ($2,100 stainless steel refrigerator)until the issue with the damaged wood floor and walls was first resolved. Repair estimates for the floor and walls was totaled $915.00. The refrigerator has dents and scratches. They first said the refrigerator would be replaced. then, that they would attempt repairs. Then that damaged parts would be replaced. None of these promises ever came to fruitation.

**WARNING**WARNING**DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They moved me back in May 2012 and broke my 52in LCD Sony Bravia. (THE COMPANY DRIVER ADMITTED TO BEING RESPOSNSIBLE FOR BREAKING IT TO THE SUPERVISOR VALENCIA WHEN IT HAPPENED) I filed the claim in May and STILL have never even received a phone call to repair or replace it!!!! (Valencia THE ALLEGED SUPERVISOR has just vanished off the planet) I now am having to proceed in court with my dad who's an attorney just to get ANY KIND OF compensation!!!!!!!- P.B
