        Had Arctic Air come out for an estimate that another local company told me was bad and needed to be replaced, they came in and checked the inside furnace and asked if we wanted it fixed or replaced. We was under the impression it had to be replaced but Arctic Air told us all it needed was a transformer. They had our furnace up and running in about 25 minutes, replaced transformer and fixed shorted out wire. We also had them give us and estimate for replacement and found that difference is price was a substantial difference.

        Excellent service!

        I am extremely happy with my service call from Arctic Air. I spoke with them at 1:20 today, and they said they could be at my house at 3:00. When I arrived home at 2:45, they were already waiting for me! The two technicians were very friendly, and assured me that they didn't mind my dogs. In fact, before opening an exterior door one of them even double-checked with me to make sure it was alright, since the dogs were right near the door. This presence of mind impressed me, since most of my visiting friends and family don't remember to check on the dogs when opening the door! Arctic Air located and repaired my A/C leak in 30 minutes for the reasonable price of $199. I would definitely use Arctic Air again, and will recommend them to friends.
