If you appear at their office for a tour and you are not dressed like a millionaire, they won't even talk to you or give you a brochure. It is a gated community and the atmosphere makes it seem you have to pass some hidden criteria to get in. Since they won't talk price with you in person, I can only guess their prices are sky high. On the positive side, has nice landscaping and newer homes.
