Fossil Tattoo

I cannot comment on their skill as tattoo artists as I've never been able to get one due to their poor customer service. Over a year ago, I drove the 3 hours one-way to have a tattoo looked at for a cover up. The person I was supposed to meet with didn't show, so someone else took pictures of my tattoo and I was told they'd get back to me. Drove the 3 hours back home and waited, and waited, and waited...After a YEAR I again contacted them. I was told that it would be best if I once again drove the 3-hours to have the tattoo looked at in person. I said I wouldn't do that unless a cover up truly was possible and I once again provided pictures. It has now been 3 weeks and once again they are not responding. Very poor customer service.

Great tattoo, very personable and likable guys. Professional and well priced.

Tattoo artist Paul aka "Chewy" stood us up after we waited for him for a half hour after our appointment time. Very rude.
