        It has been a terrible experience for my family. We were supposed to be in our home by September 2015. It is currently May 2016 and we still aren't done. My wife and I are now doing the work ourselves to insure our house gets done for my son's graduation party. It has been the most stressful, frustrating, and exhausting experience I have ever been through.

        If you are thinking about using Smith Development and your thinking well everyone has a bad review....ask more of his clients. Better yet...Ask recent clients of Gary's. Do your homework I wish I did!
