Baskin Robbins

I went to this store on a warm sunny afternoon and saw only three other customers. I then was served the smallest portion of any Baskin Robbins I have ever done business with. Some Business owners fail to realize the their business is to serve the public first, then if the public chooses, they become successful with repeat business and a good reputation. I wonder what he is going to do with the leftover ice cream when he goes out of business.

If you see the store owner who I believe is either Indian or Pakistani. Come back some other time! He's a nice guy but wow, he really is extremely frugal! He sticks to the reccomended portion guidelines like if his life depended on it. Worse is he doesn't give you a bag to go unless you request it, same thing with a lid and napkins. I'm surprised he gives me a spoon or straw without me having to ask for it. When he's not around his employees do a much better job of pleasing the customer. They are plenty generous with their portions of ice cream, fudge, whip cream, nuts, napkins, etc. It's like night and day! What I do is pretend to walk by and if see him inside I keep walking. Now I realize he's trying to run a profitable business but come on! Why so stingy?
