        Overall

        I have been using this cleaners for YEARS. The same owners have been there for many years... and I trust all of my fine clothing to them. It's the little things that keep me going back. I ALWAYS take my dress shirts to them because they always get my stains out. I have used other cleaners where stubborn stains (like sweat) are never removed. They are BY FAR the best cleaners I have ever used.

        NOT ETHICAL. BAD SERVICE. When I challenged the owner about double-charging me on a shirt that he forgot to give me the previous day, he literally grabbed the shirt out of my hand. I tried to explain to him that I already paid for it the day before, and that he forgot to give it to me, but he continued to pull on the shirt to take it away from me, ruining the shirt in the process. While the charge was only $2.85, he not only ruined the shirt, but lost a customer. I had to threaten to call the police with my cell phone before he finally let go (and even that took over a minute or so). DON'T RISK GETTING TREATED THE SAME WAY.
