Logan's Roadhouse

This was the worst experience we had. 1. Wait time was over an hour, 2. Poor waitress had no clue of how handle customers 3. Waitress was unable to our drinks correct, nor keep up with us 4. Finally order food and took another hour receive and one plate we order was a steak with onions and gravy ( receive streak with fried chicken pieces mixed in with onion straws. ). Did not offer to correct. 5. Wife order a steak salad, never received in the whole two hours there. I ordered a hamburger and asked for mayo, received sour cream. Finally ask for manager, and I notice the manager was in her office and actually shut her door and sent another person to act as manager. The one person did come over manager tried to some what fix issue. They tried to help with wife’s order that she never got, but I also insisted they credit us for the steak order that was wrong. This is the second time we had tried this location and will be the last. I have been to many Logan’s in my adult life and have never had this kind experience. I hope that some at Main Office reads this and realize they have very serious issue with this location.
