Ideal Flower Shop

The review before this one is false. The gentleman has never set foot in Ideal Flower Shop. The lady took her broach with her and was in such a panicked state, she could not find it in her car and I helped her look for it. She left the wrong one to be put on her bouquet!!!!! I have talked to a lawyer about slander. This gentleman called the florist three, THREE MONTHS AFTER his wedding asking for an article LEFT HERE THAT NEVER WAS!!!! Ideal Flower Shop has been in business since 1972 and will remain a repitable establishment dispite false acquisitions. We take pride in our work and service we provide. Customer service is priority and his wedding flowers got top quality flowers with top quality service. No one here would take something of someone else's when left in our care. Trust me. Ideal Flower Shop has delivered jewelry with bouquets for customers. Ideal has taken 5,000.00 (and down) engagement rings and places them in bouquets. So why would we take a broach someone bought at a flea market or antique shop valued under 3.00?

Used this florist for our wedding back in October 2011. As part of her arrangements, my wife asked for some of her antique broaches to be attached to the flowers. She took several in on Friday when she went to pick up the flowers, chose the one she thought matched best, and left the others as back-ups. By the next morning, they florist had admitted to losing the first broach and an alternate had to be used; she promised to continue the search for the missing antique. We were continually put off when checking on it until today when she determined that she had never had the broach and that we must have lost it before bringing it to her. Of course, my wife is upset and I am considering legal action since she has not offered any pecuniary compensation for the lost article, nor did she offer any discount on the cost of the floral arrangements at the time when she was still accepting responsibility. After reading earlier reviews, I see this is a trend with them. Take your business elsewhere and avoid being swindled.
