Zippy's Carwash of Gadsden

I had my 2002 Malibu painted recently by Drummond Auto repair. It was nailed by the hail storm that hit a few months back. Drummond did an excellent job - but told me that I needed to take it to a car wash to have a strong pressure wash remove the powder residue. The next day (June 7), I drove it over to Zippy and ran it through their wash. While at the vacuum station, I noticed two nasty scratches on the spoiler. There's a sign at Zippy that states to notify of damages before leaving the premises. I politely did just that. A couple of days later the manager calls me and asks for me to drive the car back by so they can take photos of it...that they needed to "investigate" the matter. I told them that I had taken photos before driving off their premises. He insisted that he take the photos. So I drive it by there and an attendant took photos. I didn't have to point the scratches out. He just walked up to it and took the photos with his phone. I called back toward the end of the week. The manager said that the matter was still under "investigation". I have been polite even though I am perturbed. So far, no word from the jokers at Zippy Carwash (#124) of Gadsden. Veer away from this business.
