I cannot even begin to describe how grateful I am for Jackie’s and Sandi’s help today. My husband had issues with insurance coverage for his BiPAP and we were at a loss as to what to do. Jackie was my saving grace today and alleviated the huge amount of stress I was under. I can breathe easy again. Jackie and Sandi both were incredibly understanding, helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. They resolved my complicated insurance issue right away and were very patient with me, working together to explain everything about the issue and why it occurred. They also spelled out for me each and every next step that I have to take to ensure that my insurance continues to cover my husband’s absolutely crucial BiPAP machine. I am incredibly thankful for the assistance as well as the phenomenal customer service I received today. They truly care about their patients and will go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I am so very thankful!
