        Overall

        Beware! Mr. Shipman signed a promissory note with my wife and I in 2009. He has failed to pay as promissed. Base upon our experience with the owner of Network Sevices, Inc. caution is the word of the day!!! Our rating of the business is based upon our experience with Mr. Shipman, its owner. Certainly not reliable from our perspective!!
